Adult Volunteers are always appreciated!
You have invested in your student’s education by making a choice to send them to Olney Christian School……what better example to show you are interested in their school, their friends and their teacher than volunteering!
Our big events are Race for Education, Fall Fest, Earth Day and a few others mixed in between.
All Field Trip Chaperones will need to have clearances on file prior to serving on the trip.
They are free! Email the certificates to admin@olneychristian.org when you receive them.
- Criminal History Clearance :
Click https://epatch.pa.gov
Click the button “New Volunteer Record Check” and enter all *required information.
It will email you a “record number”.
When received, go back to the above website,
click “check the status of a record check” and copy / paste the record number in.
Your record number will be listed at the bottom of the page – YOU MUST CLICK THAT TO SEE YOUR CERTIFICATE.
Send a copy to admin@olneychristian.org - Child Abuse Clearance:
Make a login for the Child Welfare Portal
Use that login to get your clearance report
Send a copy to admin@olneychristian.org
